Troubleshooting When The Live Chat Support Button Doesn't Appear

The fastest way to get in touch with Statusbrew's support team is through the Live Chat support.

The Support Team is available Monday - Friday, on a 20-hour basis. If you encounter technical issues while using the platform and need to contact the Support Team, you can use the following options:

  • Click on the chat icon in the bottom right corner of your screen

  • If the Chat Button isn't appearing on your Statusbrew dashboard and you would see something like this:

When You Have An Ad Blocker Installed!

You won’t be able to use the Live Chat support if you have an Ad Block installed since most ad blockers usually disable pop-ups of all kinds, even the good ones! 🥹 Here's how you can disable your Ad blocker for Statusbrew:

When you don't have an Ad Blocker installed!

If you don't have an ad blocker installed but still don't see the chat support button, there can be a few reasons for it:

  • You're using a VPN which blocks certain websites from loading (in this case intercom.com)

  • Your computer's firewall settings are blocking the popup from loading

To troubleshoot these, you might need to reach out to your IT admin.
