Deleting A Space

Deleting a Space in Statusbrew requires careful consideration, as this action is permanent. This article outlines steps to delete a Space within your Statusbrew organization.

Prerequisites

Note: Only Primary Owners and Owners have permission to delete Spaces.

How To Delete A Space?

Step 1: Go To Space Settings

  • Go to Settings and click on Space settings.

Step 2: Remove All Profiles

  • Click the Delete this space? button. You will be reminded to remove all your social profiles before deleting the space.

  • Click the Go to profiles button. You will be redirected to your Profiles dashboard.

  • Click (More) beside each profile and select Remove.

  • A confirmation prompt will appear stating that all the data related to the profile, including the Reports, will be lost.

Remove a Profile

Note: This option is only applicable for Spaces with connected profiles.

Step 3: Delete The Space

  • After removing all the profiles, return to Settings > Space settings and click Delete this space?

  • A confirmation prompt will appear stating that all data associated with your space like tags, macros, rules, etc. would be deleted. This action cannot be undone.

  • Click the Delete button to delete the Space from your Statusbrew organization permanently.

Note:

  • If the Space is linked to multiple profiles or has active reports, consider downloading them for future use.

  • Deleting a Space will revoke access to all team members assigned to it.

Unable To Delete A Space

  • Ensure that you’re logged in with a Primary Owner or Owner account.

  • Ensure to remove all your social profiles before deleting the Space.
