How To View Facebook & Instagram Ad Comments

If you're running ads for your products or services on Facebook or Instagram, there's one massive problem you'll face.

How To View Facebook Ad Comments

To view Facebook ad comments:

1. Go to ads manager

2. Click on the campaign name that contains your desired ad set

3. Now click on the ad set name that contains the Facebook ad you want to preview

4. Click on the ad name that contains the ad you want to preview

5. In the preview on the right, click the arrow icon and select Facebook Post with Comments

6. In the drop-down menu, under See post, select Facebook post with comments

7. You'll be able to see your listing with people's reactions such as comments, likes, etc

How To View Instagram Ad Comments

To view Instagram ad comments, you need to add your Instagram account to your Business Manager.

While creating a new, make sure to select your desired Instagram account in the Instagram account section under the ad creation menu.

To view Instagram ad comments:

1. Go to ads manager

2. Click on the campaign name that contains the ad you want to preview

3. Click on the ad set name that contains the ad you want to preview

4. Click on the ad name that contains the ad you want to preview

5. From the preview on the right, click on the arrow icon and select Instagram Post with Comments.

You'll now see your Instagram ad with a comments section to the right.

You need to repeat the above steps for every single ad, which isn't feasible if you're managing things at scale.
