Bit.ly Integration

Using Statusbrew's Bitly Integration, brands can shorten links directly from the Compose window. They can add a different shortening link for each client or sub-brand for the best experience. This works great when your brand already has a custom domain and it would help you maintain their identity and recognition. Branded Short Domains drive more than just brand impressions and visibility – they can drive up to a 34% increase in CTR.

Connecting Bitly

Any Statusbrew user can set up Bitly Integration at an Organization level for all the team members. In order to connect one or more custom branded Bitly links,

• Click on the Home Icon in the top left of your screen to open Statusbrew Home and click on Integrations

• Click on "Bitly" from the list of available services

• Enter your Bitly account credentials and authorize Statusbrew on the next page

Adding New Short Domain

With your Bitly account connected, you can now add your domains. This step is triggered automatically when you add a Bitly account. You can manually go to this screen by clicking on Add New Bitly Short Domain.

Here are the steps to add your custom domain:

• A dialogue box will pop-up where you need to select the right Bitly User Account, select the Shortening Domain you'd like to use

• Click Save once you're done

This completes your process of setting up your Custom Short Domain. You can set up Multiple Domains using multiple Bitly Accounts

Adding A New Bitly User (Account)

If you'd like to add a new Bitly user account, here are the steps you can follow:

• Click on the Home Icon in the top left of your screen to open Statusbrew Home and click on Integrations

• Click on Bitly from the list of available services & click on the Manage Bitly Accounts button on the top right

• Clicking the Add New Bitly Account button will redirect you to the Bitly screen

• Enter your Bitly account credentials and authorize Statusbrew on the next page

Using Your Connected Bitly Domain

You can use the configured link shortening domains while creating posts in the Compose window.

• Click on Shorten Links in the Compose window to choose your Bitly link and shorten links using it
