Reddit Listening

To monitor and analyze what people are saying about your brand on Reddit, you can listen to brand conversations in Statusbrew Engage.

Reddit posts containing your specified keywords will be filtered from all subreddits and collected in a separate inbox. From there, you can take part in discussions and reply to Reddit messages.

How To Set Up Reddit Listening?

  • From the Statusbrew dashboard, go to Engage.

  • From the sidebar, click (Add brand keyword).

  • Select Add keyword.

  • Add an appropriate Display name.

  • Add Keywords.

  • Click Save.

How-to-create-Reddit-keywords

The inbox will appear in the sidebar under the BRAND KEYWORDS section.

Note: Statusbrew will automatically retrieve historical data of up to 1 month & 300 posts.

You can also do the following:

  1. Under Share with, choose the shareability to restrict inbox access. The Share with settings is editable only by the user who created it.

  2. Skip Inbox. By enabling the Do not include conversations from this keyword in the All inbox checkbox, any conversations containing that hashtag will be filtered out from the All inbox.

hedgehog NOT (sonic OR shadow) will exclude posts containing "sonic" or "shadow" while returning results for "hedgehog"
