Reddit Listening

To monitor and analyze what people are saying about your brand on Reddit, you can use brand keywords monitoring in Statusbrew Engage. Conversations containing your brand keywords will be filtered from all subreddits and collected in a separate inbox. From there, you can take part in discussions and reply to Reddit messages. This allows you to stay on top of discussions about your brand and provides brand engagement opportunities.

Reddit integration is available on Premium and Enterprise pricing plans only.

To set up Reddit listening:

  • From your Statusbrew dashboard, click on Engage

  • From the left side menu, hover over BRAND KEYWORDS to click on the icon and select Add keyword for Reddit

  • Enter a Display Name, add keywords, and select sharing access for your team, specific users/ user groups, or only you

  • Click the checkbox if you don’t want to include brand keyword conversations in All inbox and click Save

  • To Edit or Delete any brand keyword inbox, hover over it under the BRAND KEYWORDS section and click on the edit icon
