Jul 12, 2024 3 min read

This month we have rolled out some significant updates and improvements. Introducing Meta Threads Integration, collaborators support for Facebook Reels, Tagging users support in Instagram Reels, sharing Reports and Posts via links, and more.

Meta Threads Integration

With Threads' integration in Statusbrew, marketers and brands can efficiently manage their Threads accounts alongside other social platforms. With Threads' integration in Statusbrew, marketers and brands can efficiently manage their Threads accounts alongside other social platforms.

You can also:

  • Easily prioritize and respond to customer replies.
  • Manage and filter out spam automatically.
  • Access detailed analytics to understand content performance and track brand growth.

Macros Addition

We’re excited to announce that the Macros have been added to the Engage. Previously, Macros were only saved replies, but now users can add message actions while creating a Macro. Unlike automation rules, macros only contain actions, not conditions, so agents can manually apply them while replying to messages.

Additionally, you can remove any message action after applying a Macro in the Statusbrew Engage inbox. This improvement will make support management more efficient.

To save manual efforts and improve support team efficiency, you can club relevant actions along with a standard reply for common message types in a Macro. For eg: You can create Macros for answering generic queries, FAQs, replying and adding tags to business inquiries, replying and assigning feedback, etc.

Custom Icons Support For Easy Recognition

This month, Statusbrew introduces the Page Icons feature, enhancing personalization and navigation. Key benefits include:

  • Quick Identification: Use Emojis, colored icons, or external images to quickly recognize feature blocks.
  • Improved Navigation: Visual hints help users easily find specific views without reading each name.
  • Enhanced Organization: Customize icons for Planner Views, Engage Views, Engage Team Inboxes, and Report Dashboards.
  • Personalized Workspace: Create a well-organized and visually appealing space tailored to your needs.

For example, use the @ symbol as the page icon for Brand Mentions in Engage, making it easy to find relevant conversations.

Automatically Add Tags To Contacts

We have added a new action in Engage automation rules: Add tags to contact. This will give you the ability to automatically add tags to contacts based on specific criteria.

Auto-tagging-contacts

Users can now streamline contact management by tagging individuals as Lead, Influencer, or any custom category based on predefined keywords detected within conversations.

By automatically applying relevant tags like "Lead" for inquiries related to pricing or "Influencer" for partnership discussions, users can prioritize and tailor responses more effectively, ultimately improving engagement and workflow management in social media interactions.

That’s all for this month. Sign up to explore these features and a lot more. Stay tuned!
