Statusbrew Analytics API
Statusbrew's Analytics API allows you to integrate your team analytics data with your other business tools outside of Statusbrew.
What It Offers
The Statusbrew API is currently available for Team Engagement and Performance Reports. The API includes read-only data for measuring the team performance and incoming messages volume. The API is read-only because you can only retrieve the data not write the data. It includes the following reports:
New Conversations Received
The number of conversations initiated by any new inbound direct message, comment, mention on your post, or a rating on your business, grouped by date.
Inbound Messages By Tag
The number of conversations received in a given time period, grouped by the Tag applied.
Conversations Closed
The total number of conversations closed in a given time period, grouped by an Actor (can be a team member or an automated rule.)
Conversations Replied
The total number of conversations closed in a given period of time grouped by team members
The API is particularly useful for the teams who want to integrate the team actions performed inside Statusbrew as an indicator to measure team member's SLA. Follow this link to access the API documentation.
