Reporting FAQs - We Don't Have Sufficient Data To Populate This Chart
You may see a reporting widget occasionally say "We Don't Have Sufficient Data To Populate This Chart".
This indicates that Statusbrew is missing reporting data in the selected reporting period. Here are a few scenarios where this might happen:
The selected profile(s) was recently connected
Once a profile is connected with Statusbrew, data collection begins and can sometimes take up to 24 hours before reporting information for that profile appears in the reports.
You are trying to view a date range from before you connected the profile to Statusbrew
Depending on the network, Statusbrew might not display data from before the initial connection date for the profile. Social media networks only provide the most accurate information from the date they are connected.
The selected profile(s) are currently disconnected from Statusbrew
If the profile(s) you selected in your report are currently disconnected from Statusbrew, reporting data isn't available. You can verify if a profile is currently disconnected by looking going in the profiles menu in settings. If you see a red prompt, you need to reconnect the profile as soon as possible to avoid any data loss.
There is no reporting data available
For instance, if you haven't set up Twitter Keywords in your Statusbrew organization, Keyword Reports would show this error message.
