Connecting Your HubSpot Account
To connect a HubSpot account with Statusbrew, you have Owner or Admin level permissions in Statusbrew.
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Click Manage beside HubSpot. Click Add account.
You will be taken to HubSpot for authorization.
Complete the authorization to connect your HubSpot account with Statusbrew.
Managing Your HubSpot Integrations
You can connect up to 10 HubSpot accounts to Statusbrew.
To manage your accounts:
Go to Settings > Integrations.
Click Manage beside HubSpot. Now you will be able to see a list of all HubSpot accounts connected to Statusbrew.
Click (More) beside the HubSpot account you want to manage.
Click Edit to manage HubSpot fields or Remove to remove the HubSpot account.
Editing Your HubSpot Fields
You can edit your Hubspot account name.
For Contacts, the list of fields is categorized into:
Visible fields: A visible field is a standard form input that the users can see and interact with. You can edit the Visible fields (not marked as readonly) of a Contact from the Contact Sidebar.
Hidden fields: A hidden field is not seen by the users but submits a value to HubSpot.
To make a Hidden field Visible, click Add to view beside the field.
To move a field from Visible to Hidden, click Remove from view beside the field.
You can also mark Visible fields as read-only. By marking a visible field as read-only, you will not be able to update its value when editing contact details. Click beside the visible field you wish to mark as read-only. Click beside the field to remove it from read-only.
Any visible field marked as read-only can’t be made hidden. You will have to first remove it from read-only to make it hidden.
You can even drag and drop the visible fields to change their order.
Managing HubSpot Contacts In Statusbrew
You can manage your HubSpot contacts directly from Statusbrew’s Engage.
When you receive a message in the Engage, you can link relevant social profiles to HubSpot contacts and then view and edit contact details from Statusbrew. You can also create new contacts from Statusbrew in case the contact doesn’t already exist in your HubSpot CRM
If you have connected your HubSpot account to Statusbrew, you will see the HubSpot integration when viewing conversations within your Engage inbox on the Contact sidebar.
