Understanding Social Contacts (Statusbrew CRM)

Along with helping you achieve your social media goals for reach and engagement, Statusbrew has a built-in "Customer Relationship Management" service commonly known as CRM. Having Social CRM right in your social media engagement platform helps you segment inbound leads, complete your social media marketing funnel, and get the most out of your campaigns.

Before we begin, make sure you have gone through the following Statusbrew article:

What Does CRM Do In Statusbrew?

Whenever you receive any conversation on your connected social profile, Statusbrew syncs it and adds it to your unified inbox in Engage. Not just that, Statusbrew also pulls the social contact & profile details of the particular audience and displays it in the contact sidebar. Each threaded conversation has its contact sidebar displayed on the right.

The CRM feature in Statusbrew logs all the contact information in an accessible directory. You can view a list of people who have interacted with your social media profiles, along with their contact information, tags, and more.

Contact Sidebar

CRM in Statusbrew can store the following contact information:

  • Contact Details This section allows you to add relevant details for your contacts, such as name, email, and phone number, and you can also assign an owner to the contact for better collaboration. In the case of Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter, clicking on the network's icon beside the contact name will take you directly to the user's social profile.

    Go to user-s social profile
  • Contact Tags Contact Sidebar also allows you to add tags to your contacts. Adding Tags to your contacts makes it easier to segment contacts based on their current stage in the sales or marketing funnel.

  • Contact Notes The Contact Sidebar gives you a dedicated space to add notes and mention users and user groups to get them up to speed on the contact.

  • Latest Conversations Beneath the contact details, you'll see the conversation history between you and your customer; you can click on any conversation to jump to it directly.
