Facebook Page Functionality Changes - November 9, 2020
To safeguard data and respect people’s privacy, Facebook has enforced some policies that control how third-party partners, like Statusbrew, access, and use Facebook data. As a result, third party access to public information available for Facebook Pages is restricted, and the following Statusbrew functionality has changed:
In Compose, you can now no longer add locations to your Facebook posts.
If you manage multiple Facebook Pages in Statusbrew, you can now no longer interact with a Page stream as another Page. This includes commenting and replying as another Page in Engage Inbox.
We work closely with Facebook to uphold all terms & policy changes. If we identify any other issues, we will update this article. If you have any questions, please reach out to our support team.
