You should provide us a valid credit card or ACH. We will consequently charge you dependent on your picked plan (monthly or yearly as you select). ACH would be required only for yearly term subscription payments.
We provide diversified plans based on customer requirements. Agency plans are customizable for each client, starting at the lowest.
Unless we agreed mutually under contract, we don't make any changes on the pricing of the plans regardless of whether the plans become old or unavailable from our pricing page. New features on the subscribed plan can be enhanced over time without any alteration on the pricing.
If you move up to a higher membership plan, you'll just be charged the difference between two plans for the remaining period of the current billing cycle without changing your billing cycle. Suppose you downgrade from a higher to a lower plan, in that case, your extra membership credit will be continued in your next subscription payment, and it will be adjusted to the following billing cycle's premium. When your credit gets zero, you would be charged according to the subscription cost of the plan you downsized to.
Statusbrew has a strict no refund policy. If you cancel your membership, you will not be charged for the following billing period. Statusbrew maintains a complete record of all your purchase history. You can access the Past invoices in the billing section to access it. If the customer requires to make updates in the invoice such as Company Name, Address, and Phone Number then can directly contact our sales team.
